Sega has revealed the first in-game footage of Sonic the Hedgehog for PS3 and Xbox 360. Here’s the trailer:

What the hell happened to that guy?!?! Is it me or does Sonic look completly out of place (especially when u compare him to that princess). Looks like sega added the Mario/Zelda elements to try and assure a hit: Helpless princess, evil dude, hero… And well, speed… Looks like a roller coaster where u don’t do much expect watch things go by really fast and press buttons frantically

Well, there were Tikal (Sonic Adventure) and Maria (Sonic Adventure 2), and lets not forget Amy (Sonic CD).

But I agree, Hitomi (Escaflowne)… er, Padme(Star Wars)… er, what ever might not be best. So… I guess it’s still Amy?
