The original Playstation retires after 11 years
The original Playstation finally retires. After 11 years of existence as one of the most popular consoles of all time, the PSone is finally getting some well earned rest from Sony. The PlayStation, through its original and PSone iterations, has sold over 100 million units worldwide! Luckily Sony is working on a PSX emulator for the PSP on which you can play the old games after downloading them. And of course you can always play your old favorite CD games on your PS2 or later this year PS3.
