Formula One Racing set for PS2 & PSP EU release
Sony’s Liverpool studio is releasing Formula One ’06 onto both PlayStation 2 and PSP in Europe this June. PlayStation 2 and PSP users have the ability to play against each other over the Internet, it’s the first time we’ve heard of this kind of cross-platform compatibility, very nice.
1up mentions the details: “The game will obviously feature the latest 2006 drivers, cars, teams, circuits and rules, and Studio Liverpool has concerned itself with making the series more accessible by including racing aids to ease new gamers into the simulation aspects. Hardcore players can, of course, turn them off and tackle the tracks on their own.”
