Shigeru Miyamoto to be knighted & chats with you
It looks like games are more and more getting recognition as an art form. The French Minister for Culture and Communication will honour game developers Shigeru Miyamoto (Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong), Michel Ancel (Rayman, Beyond Good & Evil, King Kong) and Frédérick Raynal (Alone in the Dark, Little Big Adventure) to the “Order of Arts and Letters”. Recognising their contributions to French arts and culture, the Order is part of the French chivalry system.
Nintendo UK today confirmed that you will be given the chance to pose your burning questions you really want to ask online in a chat with the, by then, Sir Miyamoto hehe. Here’s the date and time: Friday, 17th March at 7pm GMT, 8pm CET. Miyamoto will participate in the video-based webchat located at www.webchats.tv. PS: Miyamoto already had some knight practice at E3 2004 as you can see at the end of this Link video.
